On June 2, 2024, in the heart of New York City’s Ukrainian Village, over 200 attendees gathered to experience something truly special—Dignitas Ukraine’s First Annual Event: “Innovative Technology & Art in the Ukrainian War.” It was more than just an evening—it was a celebration of resilience, creativity, and the incredible impact made possible by dedicated volunteers and global supporters.

Founded in 2023, Dignitas Ukraine has one mission: to help Ukraine win by providing innovative technology and essential tools to its defenders and first responders. Our first annual event marked a powerful milestone in that mission.

A Celebration of Collective Impact

The evening was filled with energy, inspiration, and a clear message: together, we are making a difference. From the Ukrainian team working under wartime conditions to our U.S.-based and international volunteers, the event showcased how united action brings real results on the ground in Ukraine.

Guests learned about our key initiatives—Drones for Ukraine, Victory Drones, and Flight to Recovery—and saw the real impact of their support. Whether it’s training drone pilots, delivering life-saving tech, or offering recovery pathways, every story shared brought our mission to life.

Art Meets Advocacy

We believe that art has power—to inspire, to connect, to heal. That’s why the event featured an immersive 3D visual showcase by VJ Katya Goltseva, inspired by the legendary Ukrainian artist Maria Prymachenko, and a moving live musical performance by rising star Valeriia Vovk. Their artistry reminded us all why Ukraine’s culture and future are worth fighting for.

Spotlight Moments

  • A powerful Q&A session with Dignitas leaders Lyuba Shipovich, Mariia Berlinska, and Dmytro Kavun
  • A stunning art-meets-tech exhibition by Katya Goltseva.
  • A heartfelt live performance by Valeriia Vovk, whose voice captured the soul of Ukraine.
  • A lively wine & cocktail reception that brought together advocates, artists, and changemakers—all united by purpose.

All proceeds from the evening directly support our Victory Drones Program, providing critical UAVs to those on the frontlines in Ukraine.
